Our client is a major player in the field of regulatory control in Luxembourg. They guarantee clients quality, reliability, safety and respect for the environment in their buildings and infrastructures.

We have been mandated to recruit an Account Manager. This role is for you if you enjoy being responsible for development, support and growth of current customer base. You will join a small team with a strong team spirit and good communication flows.


You will be in charge of the following:

  • You will be working on finding new business and will manage existing accounts;
  • You will elaborate offers, present them to clients, negotiate and do the follow-up with clients;
  • You will be the point of contact for your own client portfolio;  
  • You provide customer support throughout the sales cycle;
  • You will help to development and implement sales and marketing strategies;
  • You will do prospection of new national clients;
  • You will observe market and sales trends, as well as competing offers;
  • You will solve problems with your customers and manage the complaints.


  • A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in one of these sectors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Security;
  • You have a Bachelor Degree or similar in technical Sales or Engineering;
  • You have good communication and negotiation;
  • You manage to reach an agreement with opposing parties in a commercially strategic way;
  • You work both independently and as a group;
  • You focus on quality and responsibility;
  • You master the main computer applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel);
  • Fluent in German and French, English would be an advantage.
