Our client is an international group specialised in the distribution of components, electrical products, HVAC solutions, energy management, cabling, … The company has an activity in Luxembourg via a physical distribution network (store) and a commercial team dedicated to the installation partners. As part of the development of the company we are hiring an Account Manager who will be in charge of developing a portfolio of clients and prospects.

Position

Responsibilities

  • You will join an existing sales team made up of internal and external sales representatives and report to the Chief Executive Officer of the entity.
  • You will take charge of a portfolio of clients and prospects in Luxembourg.
  • You will animate your portfolio through commercial and marketing actions and will ensure to be updated on market trends and be informed of relevant projects related to your activities.
  • You will be informed about the activities of the sector, be they general distributors, specialized superstores or installers of any size.
  • You will be able to make proposals to your clients technically in line with the expectations and as close as possible to the budget targets.
  • You will oversee the operational aspects (order taking, procurement, invoicing, etc.) to ensure a high quality service to your customers.

Profile

Profile

  • You have a very good knowledge of products such as electrical components, HVAC solutions, energy management solutions, cabling, networks, etc.
  • You have either a technical degree in the specified field and have moved to a commercial role, or you have a commercial background with relevant professional experience in the field of activity of our client.
  • You want to join a company recognized on the market that is positioned as one of the partners of choice for installers in the electricity sector and energy management.
  • You are fluent in German and French. Luxembourgish will be an asset.
  • You have an excellent sense of service and customer relationship and work collaboratively for the benefit of your customers and partners.
