Our client is an Aviation company based in Luxembourg aiming to strengthen its team by hiring a Bought Ledger Accountant.

Position

Being highly operational, this role is all about hands-on experience and executive tasks. Working in a collaboration and as a part of your first job inauguration you will be actively performing in the following, but not limited fields of expertise:

  • Recording Supplier statements;
  • Recording purchase invoices;
  • Reconciliation of invoices to Purchase Orders / Repair Orders;
  • Daily vendor payments (assisting in the daily Cash Flow, Management & Respective Reporting);
  • Weekly vendor payments;
  • Monitoring & recording of contracts;
  • Monthly/Weekly reviewing of supplier accounts;
  • Out of company Reconciliations – Handling of Vendor statements;
  • Assuming additional responsibilities, delegated by the Purchasing & Cost Control Director

Profile

  • You have a degree in Accounting, Controlling or any relative degree;
  • You possess a first professional experience (2-3 years) in Accountant role, internship included;
  • You show excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French would be an asset but not mandatory;
  • Full professional proficiency in Excel;
  • You prove your learning and result oriented attitude, which are highly desirable for this role;
  • You demonstrate developed analytical skills and accuracy;
  • You pay high attention to details and finally
  • You love numbers.

Be advised that the positon will require 6 months approbation period, after which it will take its permanent agreement.
