Our client is a Luxembourg based company offering ad-hoc software solutions. Our client assists many companies in designing their business applications through a consultative and results driven approach. Our client offers a large scope of software related solutions meaning software development, coaching methodologies, trainings and scrum methodologies. The company is recognized as a business leader in the market. We are looking for a Business Manager who will join the business development team.

Position

As a Business Developer you will be focused on identifying business opportunities related to topics such as the digital transformation, software development and consulting projects.

You will join an existing team and will participate in the business development strategy through a proactive and analytical approach.

You will have relationships with medium and large accounts from very different business sectors (industry, finance, services, governmental…) to help them identifying and designing their road to their next business applications framework.

You will be in charge of promoting a large scope of innovative solutions through an active networking, a deep understanding of the market trends (digital transformation, business applications, web services, agile methodologies) and a permanent focus on business opportunities.

You will make sure that your product & services knowledge is up to date through a constant market analysis.

Profile

You have a proven track record in the IT, Digital, Software, Consulting sector in a Business Development or Sales related position.

Your knowledge of the market place might be considered as an advantage but is not mandatory.

You have developed strong capabilities to drive business development and account management processes.

You have at least 3 to 8 years of professional experience in Luxembourg or abroad being successful in a competitive sector such as the information technologies.

You are autonomous, innovative; you have a creative mind and are always looking for improving your sales development performance level.

You like challenges and you have strong abilities to work in a team.

You are fluent in French and English.
