In order to improve the internal processes of our client, we are delighted to help them in recruiting a COO (m/f) with a relevant background in Consulting. 


  • Analyse, design, improve and implement operational processes in the internal departments to support the sales activity of the company; 
  • Set up KPI and monitor the progress of the new process performance and make all necessary adjustments to ensure its successful completion;
  • Lead a team;
  • Report on regular basis on process improvement to senior and top management of the company.


  • Proven experience (+8y) in a similar role or in a Consulting company in project management, business process improvement and change management; 
  • Strong ability to manage IT, sales and functional expertise;
  • Master degree in IT or Business Administration; 
  • Strong sales acumen and relevant understanding of business and operations standards related to commercial activities in terms of efficiency and customer satisfaction;
  • Processes and results-oriented, ability to get the things done, agile and organised while interacting with others (at all levels of the organisation).
