Our client provides a wide range of financial services to institutional investors including depositary, custody, fund administration and other banking related services. The bank is member of the largest financial groups worldwide. Here in Luxembourg they have around 180 employees.


  • Implement data governance policies and procedures in order to define an efficient classification of data using relevant metadata, rules of data stewardship and identify relevant data sources in the IT landscape,
  • Determine and enforce specific security and privacy requirements in line with data privacy regulations (GDPR and other banking sector specific regulations) for all data,
  • Define rules and KPI’s for data quality, monitor data quality, provide relevant reports and implement quality checks in ETL,
  • Define Master Data Management requirements and identify golden data sources to increase data reliability,
  • Manage projects regarding Data Warehouse, Master Data Management and Business Intelligence tools,
  • Oversee day to day operations and increase visibility over data landscape by using data modelling.


  • You hold a bachelor or master degree in IT or Business Engineering,
  • You have around 10 years of relevant working experience (including IT project management skills),
  • Experience in FAD and Custody banking, covering multiple aspects of the business processes and data requirements,
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in all interactions with internal or external counterparts,
  • Dialogue-oriented, flexible and interested in change management, conceptual work and in sharing knowledge,
  • You are a team player with a pro-active approach and eager to learn and to grow.
