Our client is active in the industrial sector in Luxembourg. 

We have been mandated to recruit an Office Manager (Finance). You will join a small team with a strong team spirit and good communication flows.


You will be in charge of the following:

  • You will be monitoring receipts and cash flows;
  • You will draft offers and insure their submission;  
  • You will support the team in administrative tasks;
  • You will be the point of contact for customers and partners;
  • You will collaborate with planning team;
  • You will maintain customer files in the database.


  • A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role;
  • You have an administrative Degree;
  • You have excellent organisational skills you adapt quickly and have a good management of priorities;
  • You master the main computer applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel);
  • Fluent in German and French, Luxembourgish would be an advantage.
