Our client is a major player in the field of regulatory control in Luxembourg. They guarantee clients quality, reliability, safety and respect for the environment in their buildings and infrastructures. We have been mandated to recruit a Financial and Administrative Manager (French & German). 

Position

  • Participate in the development of the budget of the company in accordance with the strategic decisions of the Board of Directors and General Management;
  • Develop funding plans for activities;
  • Forward all documentations and relevant information to the fiduciary in order to prepare the accounting, the payroll and tax declarations;
  • Review the accounts, the payroll and the tax declarations prepared by the fiduciary and ensuring it complies with the legislation
  • Ensure follow-up and relationship with external stakeholders;
  • Participate in the negotiation of important contracts;
  • Monitor the cash flows;
  • Establish and follow the annual and multi-year budgets of the various activities;
  • Optimize administrative procedures actively participate in internal projects;

Profile

  • You have gained at least 8 years of experience in a similar role;
  • You have a university degree or an equivalent qualification in Finance or Economics;
  • You have experience in leading teams;
  • You have managerial and pedagogical skills in terms of communication, decision-making, delegation, negotiation, motivation and moderation;
  • You have advanced analytical capabilities and a good understanding of numbers;
  • Knowledge of the ERP system Navision is an advantage;
  • You are fluent in German and French, Luxembourgish is a plus;
  • You are familiar with accounting, finance and tax.
