Our client is a legal services provider. They are looking for a full-time Senior HR Business Partner for their Luxembourg and Paris offices.


As Senior HR Business Partner, your mission will be to:

  • Design and implement new HR processes and tools to establish department accountabilities including but not limited to: performance management, career development, talent assessment, employee advocacy, workplace investigations and talent acquisition.
  • Participate, along with global colleagues, in defining organizational HR best practices while customizing them based on regional differences and establishing the vision and the architecture of the HR function globally.
  • Implement and enable global corporate HR initiatives aligned with business strategies such as implementing a global HRM solution and lead the deployment of standard HR processes across the organization.
  • Advertise and recruit open positions for the Luxembourg and Paris offices.
  • Be the point of reference for all Luxembourgish labour law queries.
  • Support management by providing HR advice, researching and analysing information to update policies and guidelines, while communicating organisational values.
  • Provide HR guidance when the company expands and grows in new markets.


The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in HR department.
  • Fluent in English, German, and French mandatory.
  • MSc/MA in Human Resources, Business/Economy, Psychology or a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of Luxembourgish labour laws, the interviewing process, benefits administration, and payroll.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems and project deployments.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
  • Driven, confidence and precision are words that describe you.
  • Proven ability to autonomously drive large projects to completion.
