Poste

Strategic Leadership:

Manage and oversee all HR activities, including the current team of 6 members with plans for expansion, serving as the primary liaison for the Executive Committee on HR matters.

Provide guidance and insights for strategic and operational decision-making, offering advice across all HR domains while escalating critical matters to senior management as needed.

Policy Development and Implementation:

Advise on the formulation and execution of HR tools, policies, and procedures to align with organizational objectives, ensuring adherence to established HR policies and practices.

Foster a positive and cooperative social environment within the HR team, nurturing a harmonious corporate culture that reflects the organization’s values.

Advisory Support:

Offer counsel and assistance to managers and team members on various HR issues, staying abreast of evolving HR policies and industry trends.

Ensure timely HR reporting, adhering to required schedules (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.), and maintain compliance with relevant legislation and collective bargaining agreements.

Talent Management and Development:

Develop and execute strategies for recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance assessment, training, compensation, and benefits, driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Coordinate HR team activities, providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and competence.

Fair and Transparent Practices:

Ensure impartiality and consistency in promotions and disciplinary measures, promoting a neutral approach while supporting the process to maintain organizational integrity.

Cultivate an environment of trust conducive to constructive dialogues between staff and management, particularly in conflict resolution scenarios.

Labor Relations and Communication:

Lead communication efforts with the staff delegation on labor relations matters, facilitating open dialogue and addressing concerns in a transparent manner.

Identify organizational trends, challenge conventional practices, and champion continuous improvement initiatives, actively participating in change management endeavors.

 

Profil

Education and Experience:

Holds a university degree or equivalent qualification in HR management, economics, or business administration.

Brings substantial experience as an HR Leader or Business Partner, demonstrating a track record of success in driving HR initiatives within complex organizational environments.

Expertise:

Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Luxembourg labor law and market practices, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.

Demonstrates proficiency in building and nurturing trust-based relationships across all organizational levels, with a particular focus on fostering collaborative partnerships with senior management.

Leadership and Managerial Skills:

Exhibits managerial and interpersonal skills, coupled with extensive leadership experience at a strategic level.

Shows a commitment to continuous improvement, driving the evolution of HR processes, strategies, and initiatives to meet evolving organizational needs and industry trends.

Team Leadership and Autonomy:

Capable of effectively leading a team while also possessing the autonomy to make strategic decisions independently.

Comfortable navigating complex and dynamic organizational landscapes, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the CEO.

Technological Proficiency:

Demonstrates proficiency in IT tools and displays openness to adopting new technological interfaces to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency.

Language Skills and Professional Ethos:

Fluent in both French and English, enabling effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Upholds an exemplary work ethic, characterized by unwavering personal and professional discretion, integrity, and dedication to organizational success.
