Our client is a dynamic and medium size IT company based in Luxembourg specialized in IT infrastructure services & B2B solutions.

Their customer base includes Public Institutions, Banks, Financial and Industrial companies. They advise companies on setting up their IT Infrastructures and they provide support on Datacenters solutions.

Due to their ongoing development, we are delighted to assist them in recruiting a Helpdesk Officer.


As Helpdesk Officer, your mission will be to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email, perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions to determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Perform software updates.
  • Infrastructure management.
  • Configuration and set-up of workstations, users, user-rights, passwords and applications.
  • Provide excellent customer service to IT users.
  • Responsible for remote connection support. 


The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

  • Bachelor degree in IT or similar education.
  • 2 + years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Windows/Office environments are required with a strong understanding of the principles of networking, internet technologies and mobile devices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment by providing high standards of work.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills in interacting with people at all levels of the organisation and in a team.
  • Customer focused and solution-oriented with a professional and pro-active attitude.
  • A good level of French and English are required for this position.
