Our HR boutique is looking to expand its activity and recruit an HR Business Developer, in charge of new client acquisition and recruitment assignments in Belgium.

Alongside with the founder of the company, you will be developing the recruitment activity in Belgium by taking the following responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  • Setting-up the Belgian office from a Marketing and Operational side.
  • Development of new market shares in Belgium based on a well-established methodology and high-level ethic rules.
  • Network with Senior Executives to understand and meet their HR and Recruitment needs in the IT, Digital and Tech industry.
  1. Management of Executive Search & Recruitment Assignments for a portfolio of diverse clients, which include the following tasks:
  • Management of the whole recruitment steps, from the search & candidates’ identification until the closing of the recruitment process.
  • Providing clients with a proven recruitment method, which includes company culture understanding, requirement analysis, screening process and personal interview with selected candidates based on the DISC methodology.
  • Operating as an expert in candidates’ identification through proven and efficient search techniques (networking, direct search, referral, internal and external database, events, …).
  • Ensuring long-term relationships so that both counterparts can rely on outstanding recruitment services.

Highly creative, flexible and adaptable in the sourcing strategy to identify the most talented people in a specific market.

Skills at partnering with candidates and hiring managers/HR managers to build consistent sourcing strategy and effective relationships during the all recruitment process.

Real passion for Business Development and strong abilities to meet client need and keep a 360° view on the company activity.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills.

Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence.

Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines and client expectations.

Strong accuracy in managing data and candidates’ information in our database.

You are of course open-minded and able to develop new HR services. The Luxembourg office will share a successful and operational background.


Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in Dutch, English and French, any other European language is an advantage.

Master degree in Economics or in Human Resources or equivalent.

A previous experience of at least 8 years in HR or in a business development role, within a Recruitment & Executive Search company or in an internal HR Department.

Excellent knowledge of the Belgian labour law.
