Our executive search & recruitment company THE RECRUITER is experiencing a growing activity and is looking to strengthen the existing team by hiring an experienced HR Consultant – Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for Recruitment, HR & In-house projects.

Within our company, your time will be dedicated on the following HR topics:

  • Management of Executive Search Assignments for a portfolio of diverse clients (digital & IT, services, para-governmental, industry, finance) which include the following tasks:
  • Management of the whole recruitment steps, from the search & candidates’ identification (in European countries for recruitment assignments located in Luxembourg) until the closing of the recruitment process.
  • You will specifically go through a proven recruitment method, which includes company culture understanding, requirement analysis, screening process and personal interview with selected candidates based on the DISC methodology.
  • As a primary phase of the interview process, you will operate as an expert in candidates’ identification through proven and efficient search techniques (networking, direct search, referral, internal and external database, events, …).
  • You ensure that both counterparts can rely on outstanding recruitment services based on long-term relationships.
  • Management of HR projects:
  • Execution of various missions on client site to support them on their internal HR Projects (internal recruitment, HR coordination, HR processes review, …).
  • Participation in Assessment processes through different technical and behavioral evaluation tools.


Soft Skills

  • Highly creative, flexible and adaptable in the sourcing strategy to identify the most talented people in a specific market.
  • Skills at partnering with candidates and hiring managers/HR managers to build consistent sourcing strategy and effective relationships during the whole recruitment process or HR project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence.
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines and client expectations.
  • Strong accuracy in managing data and candidates’ information in our database.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent English, any other European language is an advantage.
  • Master degree in Economics or in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Very good knowledge of the Luxembourgish labour law and deep understanding of the European employment market trends.
  • Previous experience in Marketing & Sales or HR.
