Our client is currently looking to reinforce their HR team in Luxembourg. You will join a small and kind HR team of 6 people and will work in an international environment.

Position

As a Training & HR Administrative Officer, your mission will be to:

  • Handle a variety of training related activities including but not limited to:
    • Assist in implementing effective training plans
    • Assist in the scheduling of the trainings and informing staff accordingly
    • Assist in the filing of the trainings for the annual governmental co-financing requests
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department such as:
    • Assist in monitoring of the performance evaluation program
    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
    • Assist in organising and presenting welcome presentations for new joiners
    • Organise staff photo shoots
    • Update employee’s records and HR database
    • Organise and attend probation period reviews
    • Ensure relevant HR policies are signed
    • Liaise with other departments to facilitate ongoing projects

Profile

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

  • First experience as HR Officer, administrator or other HR position in Luxembourg.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
  • Bachelor degree in HR or Social Sciences.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, a good level in French is a strong asset.
  • Very good command in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) .
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy.
  • Hands on approach, problem-solving and decision-making aptitude driven by deliverables.
