Company

Our client is active in the industrial sector in Luxembourg. We have been mandated to recruit an HR Teamlead (French & German) for a small team. 

Position

  • Design and implement new HR processes and tools to establish department accountabilities including but not limited to: performance management, career development, talent assessment, employee advocacy, workplace investigations and talent acquisition;
  • Be the point of reference for all Luxembourgish labour law queries;
  • Support management by providing HR advice, researching and analysing information to update policies and guidelines, while communicating organisational values;
  • Provide HR guidance when the company expands;
  • Support your team in all daily business activities like recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits etc.;
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and realise HR reporting to the Director.

Profile

  • You have gained at least 8 years of experience as an HR Officer or in a dynamic environment;
  • You have experience in leading a small team and/or HR related projects;
  • You enjoy working in a direct and open communication culture;
  • You have a university degree or an equivalent qualification in HR, Law or economics;
  • You are self-motivated, try things out on your own and simply get things done;
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • You are well organized and you are able to prioritize tasks;
  • You are able to adapt effectively to challenging and emergency situations;
  • You are fluent in German and French, Luxembourgish is a plus;
  • Experience with HR Information Systems and project deployments;
  • You are familiar with the local employment law, tax reglementations etc..
