Our client is a Services Company specialized in private aircraft management with worldwide presence and well-established operations in Luxembourg. To strengthen the HR team a role has arisen for an International Payroll Officer who will be in charge of payroll accounting coordination work for more than 10 legal entities.

Position

The Payroll Officer will perform all payroll duties for 500 persons, 200 of them are based in Luxembourg, and will benefit from the cooperation with other European offices. The mission includes payroll calculation and the following responsibilities:

  • Daily payroll department operations
  • Follow up of relations with Ministerial Institutions (Social security, Tax office, …)
  • Follow up on Supplementary Pension schemes
  • Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
  • Calculation and Controlling of Salaries
  • Calculation and Estimation of evolution of personnel costs

Profile

  • You have a University degree in Accounting or Finance, or Business Management
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in Payroll Management
  • You have an advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • You have a good knowledge of Payroll Tools (such as SM3)
  • You have a great knowledge of Luxemburgish Labour Market
  • You are fluent in English and French, German will be an advantage
  • You are able to work under tight deadlines and are able to prioritise 
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are detail oriented
  • You are highly adaptive, flexible and autonomous
  • You are result-driven person
