Our client is an Asset Manager, employing almost 200 people in Luxembourg. Our client is looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Officer to join their team.


  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • Supporting end users on basic questions about online meeting and chats (Skype, SharePoint, Windows, Office, Internet Browsers)
  • Responsible for remote connection support
  • Manage workstation installation / configuration
  • Be responsible for ordering and installing end user laptops
  • Manage video conference system
  • Configure user / users’ rights / user password in all systems / applications
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic methods and valid questions
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information


  • 3 to 5 years of experience on IT support in diagnosing software and hardware problems in order to find right solutions
  • Knowledge and experience (1 to 3 years) to identify problems, upgrade and repair computers, phones and other technical equipment to support end users
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
  • You are end-user oriented with customer service attitude
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows desktop OS and Office solution
  • Curious, passionate for ICT and self-learner
  • Stress resilience and able to work on multiple items simultaneously
  • Team player and high motivation to learn and evolve in a changing environment
