Our client is a dynamic and medium size IT company based in Luxembourg specialized in IT infrastructure services & B2B solutions.

Their customer base includes Public Institutions, Banks, Financial and Industrial companies. They advise companies on setting up their IT Infrastructures and they provide support on Datacenter solutions.

Due to their ongoing development, we are delighted to assist them in recruiting an IT Infrastructure Engineer.

Position

Responsibilities

  • You will join a motivated team of 10 to 15 IT Engineers and will report to the Technical Director.
  • You will work on customer support, installation and maintenance of IT components such as servers, work stations, connectivity, and software.
  • You will be working through a ticketing system to manage remotely or on-site daily requests.
  • You will be in charge of installing, configuring, and monitoring the customer’s infrastructure.
  • You may be active as well on bigger implementation projects related to other IT infrastructure projects (network, storage, virtualization, …).

Profile

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in IT with good skills in system administration, IT system configuration and networking.
  • Experience or knowledge of Windows systems, Linux, Virtualisation tools, and Networker.
  • Any certificates in Windows, Linux, Networks, etc. will be considered as an advantage.
  • You are service and customer oriented.

  • You are fluent in French & have at least a decent level of English.
