Our client provides exclusive middle and back office operations in Europe. They provide 9 key service functions to European-domiciled entities, which comprise Account Management, Accounting, Corporate Secretarial Services, Domiciliation Services, Director Services, Property Management Oversight, Systems Support, Tax compliance (VAT and CIT) and Transactional Support.

Due to the growing business they are looking for a (Junior) Associate – Business Analyst, who will serve as a strong support to Senior Management to meet their strategic goals.


You will prepare various communication supports for internal and external meetings.

You will draft and edit documents to ensure an accurate and effective communication at all times.

You will circulate information and documentation to appropriate internal and external parties.

You will organize and attend meetings, take minutes and insure follow-up.

You will prepare briefing sheets for meetings.  

You will collect information at the Senior Management and create reports.

You will liaise with Senior Management and internal/external parties.

You will handle ad-hoc requests.

You will lead and participate specific projects.

You will work closely with the Senior and Executive Management in order to reach the strategic goals of the company.


You have the ability to manage priorities and to juggle multiple tasks.

You are people oriented whilst able to work independently.

You are used to work with C levels and Executives.

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You have working experience 2 years in a similar role and a interest in business related matters.

You demonstrate a high sense of organization, proactivity and efficiency.

You have the ability to work under pressure.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.

You are proficient in MS Office standard applications.

You are fully fluent in English; any other language would be an advantage.
