Our client is active in the industrial sector in Luxembourg. We have been mandated to recruit an HR Generalist (French & German) for their team.


  • Support the HR Teamlead in assessing and running the HR strategy;
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
  • Prepare employment contracts, addendum, work certificates, reference checks and other documents to be issued by the HR department;
  • Conduct employee onboarding and support the set up of trainings & development programs;
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies;
  • Undertake tasks in performance management;
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc.;
  • Perform quality checks for absence records for all employees as of legal declarations: sickness leave, maternity or parental leave;
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form;
  • Create and administer compensation and benefit plans.


  • You have gained at least 2 years of experience in a HR role or in administration dealing with various aspects of HR administration;
  • You enjoy working in a direct and open communication culture;
  • You have a university degree or an equivalent qualification in HR, Law or economics;
  • You are self-motivated, try things out on your own and simply get things done;
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • You are well organized and you are able to prioritize tasks;
  • You are able to adapt effectively to challenging and emergency situations;
  • You are fluent in German and French, Luxembourgish is a plus;
  • You are familiar with the local employment law, tax reglementations.
