Our client is a Fiduciary company based in Luxembourg, specialised in Business services & outsourcing Services (Accounting & Compliance Services, Payroll Services).

In order to strengthen the existing team, we are delighted to support them in the recruitment of an Experienced Payroll Officer. 

 

Position

The Payroll Officer will perform all payroll duties for a portfolio of various companies. The mission includes payroll calculation and legal support with the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  • Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Developing
  • Ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
  • Follow up of relations with Governmental Institutions (Social security, Tax office, …)

Profile

  • You hold an University degree in Accounting or Finance, or Business Management
  • At least 4 years of experience in Payroll Management
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good knowledge of Payroll Tools 
  • Great knowledge of Luxembourgish Labour Market
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Strong ability to work under tight deadlines and give right priority 
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on details
  • You are highly adaptive, flexible and autonomous
  • You are a result-driven person
