Our client provides financial institutions and merchants with secure and innovative solutions. A Managing Director is looking for a Personal Assistant who will provide support and coordinate a variety of business related topics.


You will prepare business presentation and write meeting minutes of the executive board committees.

You will analyse different KPIs related to the business monthly activity and you will monitor several indicators in the CRM.

You will coordinate the MD’ agenda and coordinate business trips and accommodation.

You will act as a first point of contact for the MD (communication related topics).

You will organize and coordinate meetings and events.

You will ensure efficient filing and documentation.

You will liaise with staff, clients and business partners in different European countries.


You have the ability to work across multiple business units, using your business acumen to build compelling business cases and marketing & sales presentation.

You are able to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams as well.

You are able to work on confidential projects and you feel confident in dealing with people at all levels of seniority.

You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.

You are fluent in English, French and German.

You are used to work and with C levels and Executives.

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You have excellent skills in MS Office applications.
