Company

Our client is an innovative company in the field of mobile payment services. The company has been acquired by a well-known and international group (a market leader in its sector), which supports the development of the business. The company is growing in several European countries. We are mandated to recruit a Product Manager for their Product Innovation Team.

Position

  • Understand product and process, having an complete overview of all implemented features and their technical processes;
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that potentially grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
  • Define configuration specifications and business requirements in writing and keeping these updated;
  • Perform Quality Assurance and define reporting and alerting requirements;
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners;
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes;
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact;
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick-time-to-market and optimal resources;
  • Evaluate roll-out plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed;
  • Act as a product representative to build awareness and understanding;
  • Drive product launches including working with public relations, sales, executives and other product managers.

Profile

  • Master degree or advanced technical degree with 3 to 7 years of experience in payments related industry;
  • Fluent in English (C1 level), any other language is an additional advantage;
  • You have identified opportunities, tested, built, launched and optimized major products before;
  • Results oriented person with a strong focus on delivery, who can work collaboratively across multiple teams, functional areas and job levels;
  • You have an understanding and practice with product management methodologies;
  • Excellent communication skills, hands-on, capable of working independently;
  • You have a high-level understanding of technical problems and how to break down the work involved in solving them;
  • Strong verbal and analytical skills.
