Our client operates in the private aircraft industry. They are looking to hire a Communication and Recruitment Assistant to join their expanding team in Luxembourg.


As a Communication & Recruitment Assistant, your missions consist in ensuring the online communication of the company from an HR perspective:

  • Post job adverts on social media networks to ensure the visibility of the company;
  • Monitor the company’s social media and online presence on HR topics;
  • Provide the HR Manager with reports on the effectiveness of communication strategies;
  • Manage the administrative part of the recruitment process by:
    • Drafting engaging job descriptions and managing job posting for all open positions;
    • Reviewing applications and coordinating with Hiring Managers to schedule interviews;
    • Tracking key staffing metrics and generating relevant reports regarding the geographic market and market rates for candidates.


  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in a communication;
  • First relevant experience in a similar position (1-2 years);
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and recruitment practices;
  • Excellent writing and communication skills are mandatory;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Fluent in English (C1 – C2 level) and decent level in French is desirable.
