Our client is an international and entrepreneurial family owned business operating in the health sector. Our client is currently based in several European countries. They are currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, who will support the Regulatory Affairs Team autonomously and will report directly to the Regulatory Affairs Manager. 


  • You will support the Regulatory Affairs’ department in preparing and maintaining product technical dossiers and other regulatory documents for registration submissions in and outside EU;
  • You will participate in the implementation of the new Medical Device Regulation within the company;
  • You will ensure the regulatory compliance of communication activities and clinical studies regarding products, in close collaboration with other departments;
  • You will be working in close collaboration with the Regulatory Affairs Manager;
  • You will support identifying evolving regulatory trends including international trends that are relevant for the company;
  • You will support junior colleagues in operational tasks and serve as regulatory contact person within the company;


  • Scientific degree with at least 2 years’ experience in international medical devices regulatory affairs;
  • Knowledge of regulatory affairs related to FDA and other non-EU regulations is an asset;
  • Project management knowledge is an asset;
  • Familiar with MS Office and database applications;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, German would be an asset;
  • Detail-oriented, analytically strong and autonomous.
