Our client is a commercial company operating in the technology sector. Thanks to growing activities, our client is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager. 


The role will consist of 70% of sales while 30% will be dedicated to marketing activities. The sales and Marketing Manager will proactively liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the successful delivery our client solutions according to the client needs.

The sales activities include following tasks:

  • Identification of business opportunities by targeting potential clients in various sectors (Banking and Finance, FinTech, Retail, …) in Luxembourg and abroad;
  • Develop business objectives and action plan in accordance to the sales strategy;
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our client services according to the client needs;
  • Ensure excellent client on boarding experience and provide assistance at every stage in order to surpass their expectations and establish long-term relationships;
  • Develop and maintain the existing clients portfolio, making sure that regular and adequate follow-up is done in due time;
  • Monitor, analyse and communicate client’s usage of the company solutions,
  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly progress status of sales initiatives.


The Marketing responsibilities include following tasks:

  • Promote our client solutions through a go to market strategy;
  • Define a social media marketing strategy by developing a distinct online presence and attracting high numbers of internet followers trough social media channels; 
  • Develop marketing strategy to achieve high ranking placement in search results.


  • +10 years of professional experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrate a strong expertise in client relationship and business development;
  • Have a sound knowledge in community management and social media strategy;
  • Hold a master degree or relevant diploma in sales and marketing/communication;
  • Be proactive, propose initiatives and act collaboratively;
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Be fluent in French and English. German would be an advantage.
