Our client is a Luxembourg’s leading IT services provider offering first-class services related to housing, datacentre and telecom solutions. Our client is offerings its services to national and international customers.

We are looking for a Head of Sales (international and national market) who will manage and closely work with a sales team composed of three people (working both on national and international markets).


As a Sales Director, you will will report directly to the company’s senior management.

You will be in charge of managing the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management;

Providing appropriate sales support and strategic guidance to the team members;

Establishing pricing policies;

Creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFP responses;

Maintaining key customer relationships;

Preparing individual and team action plans to increase company’s current market shares and to penetrate new markets;

Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports;

Establishing compensation, training, and sales incentive programs;

Conducting one-on-one review with all sales team members to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of the individual employee’s sales and activity performance;

Assisting Account Managers in preparation of proposals and presentations;

Evangelizing the products and personally help close largest deals;

Representing the company on national and International tradeshows and events in a professional manner;

Enforcing all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes within the sales team.


Must have, at minimum, a bachelor (level) degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or another relevant field;

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in an IT company;

Strong leadership, integrity and team building skills;

Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry;

Must be fluent in English (both oral and written). Any other European languages are considered an asset;

Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices;

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;

Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities;

Work collaboratively across teams – including Engineering, Product and Marketing;

Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
