Our client is a growing mid-size IT company based in Luxembourg specialized in IT infrastructure services & solutions.

Their customer base includes Public Institutions, Banks, Financial and Industrial companies. They advise companies on setting up their IT Infrastructures and they provide support on Datacenters solutions.

Due to their ongoing development, we are delighted to assist them in recruiting a Sales Manager. 


  • Team management of internal and external Sales: sales strategy, go to market definition, KPIs review and analysis, coaching and support of the sales team.
  • Development and management of a client portfolio of Key Accounts.
  • Active networking in all related IT events.
  • Management of the entire sales process related to IT infrastructure projects (virtualization, backup & storage, DRP, Managed Services, consulting, …).
  • Having a deep understating of the IT infrastructure solutions that are offered in the market.
  • Achieve sales targets by developing new business and manage existing customers.
  • Be highly proactive in constantly improving the sales processes within the team, monitoring the market, bringing smart ideas to management and customers.
  • Management of the sales team through a relevant people management approach:
    • Being able to share the company vision and develop the mid term strategy
    • Ability to support the team on a weekly and monthly basis
    • Achieving regular performance reviews and provide guidance
    • Having fun with the team
  • Direct collaboration with the General Manager and daily collaboration with the technical team.


  • A relevant professional experience of at least 7 years as a Business Developer or a Sales Manager in the IT industry that includes a very good understanding of IT infrastructure solutions and services.
  • Master Degree from Business/Management School or equivalent.
  • A fluency in English and French is required; a 3rd language would be highly appreciated.
  • A proactive and positive customer-oriented attitude is highly desired.
  • Excellent people management, communication and listening skills.
  • A first professional experience in Luxembourg is considered as an asset but is not mandatory.
  • Our client may offer the possibility to become a company shareholder on a mid term basis.
