Our client is a major player in the field of regulatory control in Luxembourg. They guarantee clients quality, reliability, safety and respect for the environment in their buildings and infrastructures. We have been mandated to recruit a Senior HR Officer (French & German) for their team. 

Position

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
  • Conduct employee onboarding and set up training & development programs;
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies;
  • Undertake tasks in performance management;
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and realise HR reporting to the Director;
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc.;
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form;
  • Create and administer compensation and benefit plans.

Profile

  • You have gained at least 3 – 5 years of experience as an HR Officer or in a dynamic environment;
  • You enjoy working in a direct and open communication culture;
  • You have a university degree or an equivalent qualification in HR, Law or economics;
  • You are self-motivated, try things out on your own and simply get things done;
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • You are well organized and you are able to prioritize tasks;
  • You are able to adapt effectively to challenging and emergency situations;
  • You are fluent in German and French, Luxembourgish is a plus;
  • You are familiar with the local employment law, tax reglementations etc..
