Our client is a service company based in Luxembourg who ensures storage activity for its clients. This SEVESO site manages a supply fleet of trucks in order to make efficient it 7/7 service.

In order to strengthen the existing team, we are delighted to support our client in recruiting a Site Assistant Manager


  • Act as the backup of the Site Manager for all operational responsibilities in order to make sure that the 7/7 service is efficient that includes:
  • Operational and Technical Assistance: support in operational management for technical installations and work organisation (quality, HSSE, maintenance…) in respect of the internal procedures, the standards of the industry and the applicable legislations. Assistance in quality process control (product and system).
  • Administrative Assistance: for elaboration and follow-up of the operational procedures (quality, HSSE, maintenance…), assistance in HSSE administrative management, follow-up of the fuel administration (stock management, customs management…), follow-up of KPI’s, support in purchase management and follow-up of providers.
  • Ad-hoc projects


  • Holder of a Technician or Electromechanical Engineer Diploma;
  • Professional experience of 5-8 years in a similar role;
  • A fluency in French and English, a conversational level in German is desired;
  • Leadership skills add to strategic and pragmatic vision
  • Relevant analytical spirit with strong ability to present solutions in a clear and precise way;
  • Good operational and technical affinities (electric, mechanical and hydraulic);
  • Good computing knowledge.
