Our client is an innovative company in the field of mobile payment services. The company has been recently acquired by a well-known and international group (a market leader in its sector), which supports the development of the business. The company is growing in several European countries. Due to their on-going development we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert to work directly with the HR Manager and the Hiring Managers.

Position

You will manage the whole recruitment steps, from the search & candidates’ identification (in Luxembourg and other European countries) until the closing of the recruitment process.

As a primary phase of the interview process, you will operate as an expert in candidates’ identification through proven and efficient search techniques (direct search, referrals, internal and external databases, social networking tools, specific job-boards).

You will specifically go through a proven sourcing and recruitment method, which includes job requirement analysis, sourcing & screening process and personal interview with selected candidates.

As soon as qualified candidates are identified you will directly liaise with the Hiring Managers to manage the full recruitment process (interviews, selection, salary negotiation, on-boarding).

You ensure that both counterparts can rely on outstanding recruitment services based on long-term relationships.

Profile

Highly creative, flexible and adaptable in the sourcing strategy to identify the most talented people in a specific market.

Skills at partnering with candidates and hiring managers to build consistent sourcing strategy and effective relationships during the all recruitment process.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills.

Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence.

Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines and client expectations.

Strong accuracy in managing data and candidates’ information in our database. Fluency in French and English.

Master degree in Economics or in Human Resources or equivalent.
