Prior to joining THE RECRUITER, she worked as an Executive Search Consultant in a HR boutique consulting company during 10 years before bringing her expertise to an international HR group for 3 years for which she managed Retained Executive Search assignments for positions ranging from C-levels to middle management and senior professionals in Commerce, Health, Public and Industrial sectors in Luxembourg and abroad.
Marilyn holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources with a specialization in labour law from the Panthéon Assas II University of Paris (France) and a Bachelor in Economics from the ICN Nancy Business School.
Marilyn is qualified on several behavioral analysis tools DISC, MBTI, Golden.
Marilyn speaks fluently French & English and has knowledge of German and Luxembourgish. She is delighted to bring her professional expertise in your HR projects for the success of your business.
