Our client is a Real Estate company based in Luxembourg. In order to support their activity, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant (M/W)

This position is perfect for somebody who is proactive and autonomous, as it is a flexible full-time job.  


  • Welcome tenants (phone call, email and physically).
  • Making appointments.
  • Signing of rental contracts.
  • Promotion of rental properties with Real Estate agencies.
  • Coordination of third parties (suppliers).
  • Liaison with the investment company.
  • Visit of properties. Drafting of the contracts.
  • Technical and administrative management of the housing: reports of claims, request for estimate, follow-up and reception of works.


  • Bachelor degree in Administration or in Economics;
  • A relevant experience in a similar position;
  • You feel comfortable to work in a small company where you will interact with Real Estate agencies, tenants, and suppliers;
  • You are very well organised, proactive, autonomous and you are used to working in a small team as well (collaborative work is crucial).
  • You are fluent in French and English.
