Communication & Community Senior Officer – law firm (m/f)

Our client is a tiers one international law firm based in Luxembourg, active in several jurisdictions and operating for more than 20 years. The company provides a large scope of legal services in commercial, corporate, IP, banking, asset management law. We are currently looking for a Communication & Community Senior Officer.
Position
Integrated within the Communication team, you will report to the Communication & Employer Brand Manager. You will participate in all the tasks of the team and will be more specifically in charge of the support and follow-up of public relations.
- Contributing to the preparation and publication of communications on the firm’s internal and external communication channels, including social media.
- Participating in the development of press relations and in the follow-up of the media plan (Luxembourg, France and a few other countries).
- Maintaining relationships with journalists and structuring a database of contacts.
- Coordinating communication & promotional activities.
- Proofreading and writing external communication in French and English (articles, press releases, adverts, invitations, flyers, brochures, …).
- Providing support for the communication and organization of internal and external events.
- Working on the improvement of the graphic design material and taking the lead on producing banners and a pool of other marketing/communication tools (videos, podcasts, …).
Profile
- You hold a communication / marketing degree (Bac+5) or equivalent professional qualification and have a minimum of 3 years’ work experience.
- You are fluent in English and French; any other language being considered as an asset.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This requirement is mandatory.
- You have excellent computer skills including MS Office (in particular PPT) and Adobe Suite.
- You are creative, dynamic, proactive and you have strong organizational and project management skills.
