Our client is a leading IT services company specializing in infrastructure, managed services, cloud solutions, and software development. With a dedicated team of 250 professionals across sales, technology, and support, our client is committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client service. Our client is looking for a Country Manager – Luxembourg branch.

Poste

As the Country Manager for Luxembourg, you will be responsible for driving the overall business strategy, managing the P&L of the branch, and leading the local team to achieve performance excellence.

This is a pivotal role that requires a leader with a strong background in sales and business development, particularly within the IT services or tech industry.

You will lead and manage the Luxembourg branch, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Overseeing the financial performance of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability, will be a key aspect of your role.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.

Additionally, you will develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and market share in Luxembourg, oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, and inspire and motivate the local team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Profil

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in the IT services or tech industry, with at least 5 to 8 years in an executive or leadership role, preferably in sales or business development.

A proven track record of successfully managing a P&L and driving business growth, strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, and excellent client relationship management skills with a client-first mentality are essential. We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

Extensive experience in the IT services or tech industry and familiarity with the Luxembourg market and the broader Benelux region are preferred. This role reports directly to the Head of BeLux and will require occasional travel to Belgium and the Netherlands.
