Our client is one of leading companies offering ERP consulting solutions in Luxembourg. The company is an SAP and MS Dynamics partner with a solid track record of successful projects delivered in the market.

We are currently looking for a Head of Service Delivery team who will lead a consulting team and be a member of the board of directors.


As a Head of Service Delivery your role focuses on keeping clients satisfied with the company’s services through managing projects, fixing any reliability issues, tracking service metrics, managing budgets and helping lead the professionals responsible for getting services delivered to clients.

As a Head of Service Delivery your roles and responsibilities might include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring that service agreements get met and assisting with contract renewal.

Your role requires also to keep a positive relationship with clients, manage finances, meet deadlines, lead the consulting team, stay organized, manage conflict and use creativity to find ways to make the service better.

The team you will be charge of is composed with Senior SAP and/or MS Dynamics Navision Consultants including several Leaders as well.

You will be a member of the board of Directors with the CEO, Finance Manager and Sales Manager. An external HR Consultant will assist you in any HR topics that may be covered (talent acquisition, career development).


At least 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in Project Manager, Delivery Management being graduated from a Bachelor or Master degree.

Excellent knowledge of the SAP world.

A very good knowledge of ITIL and project management methodologies.

Able to manage budget, finances and people. 

A strong customer service mindset and resource planning and quality control skills.

Keen sense of time management.

Excellent leadership and customer service skills as well as strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to support and mentor staff.

Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.

Fluent in French and in English.

The salary package is based on a basic salary, company car, an annual bonus as well as some benefits. The package will be defined accordingly with the level of experience and background.
