Enterprise Content Management Specialist (m/f)

Our client, a prestigious European financial institution, based in Luxembourg is currently seeking a Content Management Specialist.

Position

Within the IT section in charge of all cross-functional applications of the bank, the candidate will contribute to the change management process of the bank’s OpenText platform.

The role entails the following responsibilities:

  • Liaising with business entities to manage the backlog of changes (new functionalities, new modules, enhancements, …)
  • Analyzing and updating technical specifications
  • Supporting the development and implementing changes (i.e.: Electronic document signature, document import/export, document archiving, record management, workflows, …).
  • Performing non-regression testing and integration testing on the bank’s OpenText environments.
  • Coordinating User Acceptance Tests with Business Entities and deploying changes.
  • Working with ITIL framework (ITSM tool – Incident/Change/Service Request) on the change management process.
  • Providing production onsite second level support to customers

Profile

Profile:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • You have preferably a first experience in OpenText Content Server Platform
  • You have a knowledge of Windows Server OS, .NET framework, Oracle DB and SQL server.
  • You are fluent in English and have a good level in French.
  • You are recognized for your strong communication and team work skills.
  • You are eager to join a well-organized and structured company that plays an essential role in the economy.
