We are delighted to share with you a new opening for one of our clients. We are currently looking for an energetic, multilingual, empathetic and outgoing Executive Assistant (RU/GER/FR/ENG) to support our client’s CEO.


As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Managing schedules and organising meetings and appointments;
  • Acting as a first point of contact for emails and phone calls;
  • Writing, compiling and preparing reports and presentations;
  • Liaising with staff members, clients, suppliers;
  • Organising events and conferences, ensuring the distribution of meetings minutes;
  • Booking and arranging travels, transport, accommodation;
  • Collating and filing expenses;
  • Assisting with personal and family tasks.


The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Fluent in Russian, German, French, English – Mandatory;
  • Discrete and trustworthy;
  • Able to be flexible and adapts to different situations;
  • Organised and multitasking;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proactive and able to take initiative;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
