Our client is a Luxembourg-based investment company looking to strengthen its existing HR team by hiring an HR Business Partner with over 7 years of experience and core expertise in recruitment and project management.

Poste

As an HRBP, your role is to act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and ensure alignment of strategic objectives across the departments.

  • Build bridges and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance on various HR processes related to the employee life cycle (e.g., onboarding, performance, training, career progression, and transition).
  • Liaise with senior management on important HR topics and issues.
  • Anticipate, facilitate, advise, and address complex or sensitive people-management issues (e.g., disciplinary actions), acting as a mediator when needed.
  • Understand business requirements and maintain an overview of ongoing HR processes.
  • Investigate the legal framework relevant to specific situations and propose solutions.
  • Monitor Luxembourg labor law and market best practices.
  • Build, maintain, and share relevant reports as required by the business.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, while managing risks appropriately (including policies, processes, and global initiatives).
  • Collaborate with the business and the talent acquisition team to ensure alignment with our business strategy and values.
  • Understand recruitment requirements and maintain an overview of ongoing recruitments and staff movements.

Profil

  • Master Degree in Human Resources;
  • +7 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate / financial environment in Luxembourg (with a few years previous experience in Recruitment);
  • Experience in leading projects;
  • Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment and navigate complex situations;
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to adapt communication style and interact with a wide range of business partners at all corporate levels.
  • Flexible approach to work with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • Risk- and solution-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills with an interest in numbers and KPIs.
  • Fluency in English (native speaker would be a strong asset) is required; any other language will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate.
