Our client is a leading and expanding Investment Management company operating mainly in Benelux and France. We have been mandated to recruit an Office Manager.
As an Office Manager you will be coordinating administrative and marketing-communication related tasks to support the whole team. Here is below a description of the required responsibilities:
Coordinate the agendas of the team member,
Organize meetings, appointments and events,
Internal documentation management (scanning, filing, updating…),
Answer incoming phone calls / emails and coordinating,
Book transport tickets, hotels rooms, meeting rooms, training/conferences, etc,
Prepare the expense reports of the team members,
Order stationery and furniture/supplies, and maintain proper stock levels,
Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
In-charge of the update and evolution of the company’s website (project and content).
In-charge of the update and proactive coordination of the company’s LinkedIn account.
Manage external communication tools and press releases.
Coordinate potential marketing projects (conferences, foundation, etc.).
Reliability and discretion.
High rigor with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Good planning and time management skills.
Team player, coordination, prioritization, common sense and problem solver.
Good common sense, initiatives, autonomous in work, able to multi-tasks.
Strong oral and written communication skills, especially with high level and technical counterparts.
Excellent IT skills and used to professional digital communication.
Fluent in French and in English (oral and written).
