Our client is a major player in the technology services industry, employing over 500 professionals in Luxembourg. They provide an extensive range of services, including infrastructure management, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and consulting. We are seeking a Sales Manager for an exclusive role focused on leading the EU and International Institutions business activities.

Poste

Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and performance evaluations.

Manage and optimize sales operations, ensuring effective processes and procedures are in place.

Conduct in-depth market research in the EU and international institutions sector, identifying emerging trends, opportunities, and gathering crucial intelligence for strategic planning.

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key government officials, stakeholders, and organizations within the EU and international domains.

Engage with top-tier stakeholders, overseeing and supporting the preparation of responses to major RFPs.

Monitor and achieve sales targets and budgetary objectives for the sector.

Coordinate with other sales leaders across various segments to ensure harmonized efforts and effective sales strategies.

Stay informed on regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the EU and international institutions, ensuring the company’s offerings are in full compliance.

Profil

Extensive experience in a Telco/ICT sales leadership role within the EU & International Institutions market, with deep knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and regulatory frameworks.

Strong understanding of the company’s technology solutions, including design, implementation, and support.

Proven leadership qualities with a track record of effectively managing teams, demonstrating accountability, and maintaining a customer-first approach.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills, complemented by a well-established professional network.

Competent in project and team management, with a focus on achieving objectives.

Recognized for strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and resilience in challenging environments.

Proficient in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
