Sales Team Manager – Media (m/f)

Our client is a leading firm in its field in Luxembourg. The company offers a wide range of customized services to its clients, including communication, content marketing, sponsorship, and media solutions across various channels.


As part of their expansion, we are currently seeking a Sales Team Manager to manage an experienced and dynamic team. 

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

  • Training, coaching and managing a team of around ten Sales Executives;
  • Monitoring the sales strategy within the structure and ensuring its deployment in your sales activities;
  • Supporting the team in developing and retaining the client portfolio, imparting to them the best practices in customer advisory;
  • Ensuring the proper development of the team’s sales activities and that objectives are met;
  • Pushing for business development opportunities and sharing them with your team in an inspiring way of working; 
  • Analyzing market trends in the communication sector and providing an insightful input to your sales team. 


  • You have a Master’s degree from a Business School with a focus on Sales, Marketing or Communication;
  • You have a proven track record of at least 5 years in managing a team of Business Developers in a media/advertising/communication field, or you possess a strong experience as Marketing/Communication Manager, with a pronounced appetite for commercial development; 
  • You speak fluent English as well as French; 
  • You have excellent managerial skills, you know how to rally and motivate your teams towards achieving sales objectives;
  • You possess excellent communication abilities and actively listen to your colleagues, providing them with constructive feedback.
