Our client is a leading and international information technology services provider. The company employs around 200 people in Luxembourg and is well established in the market. Due to a growing development, our client is currently looking for a Senior Cloud Architect (Azure).
As a Senior Cloud Architect, you will focus mainly on design, implementation and support of Microsoft Azure based environments.
As part of the integrated Cloud offering from our client, you will deliver a broad range of Cloud services and solutions to build and support the hybrid Cloud estate encompassing the leading public cloud players and leading private cloud technologies.
You will lead deep technical workshops on customer site and deliver cloud-based solutions.
You will provide expertise and leadership regarding Cloud Architectures for both infrastructure and applications in Microsoft Azure.
You will manage migration projects (Lift & Shift / Lift & Shape) related to a big infrastructure onto Microsoft Azure (for now).
You will assist on other Cloud projects if/when needed (Azure & AWS mainly).
You have 10 years’ experience in IT and at least 3 years’ experience working on engineering, project management and architecture experience including requirements definition, architecture development, development of use cases and stories, and systems integration & test.
You have a prior experience as a Cloud Solution Architect supporting Cloud architecture, design, implementation, operations and automation in Azure (required).
You have certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert and/or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
You demonstrate good development skills & knowledge of common best practices for Cloud Architectures.
You have great communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
