If you enjoy creating small technical miracles and having contact with people – you will feel at home at our client.
- Solve customer technical issues (mostly via email, sometimes via phone);
- Assist sales team during exhibitions;
- Assist sales team with service jobs (verify products, organize repair tasks);
- During “down time” assist in the showroom.
- Technical support experience (Ideally or at least desire to work with customers);
- Willingness to travel both international and domestic;
- Experience in working with clients who are located worldwide in different time zones;
- Knowledge of software for 3D modelling and/or CAD (3D Systems, Autodesk, Rhino, ZBrush, Blender) would be an advantage;
- Skills in electronics, medium-sized machinery would be a plus;
- Experience in 3D scanning and/or printing;
- Fluent English and French and German or other European languages.
