Our client, a prominent player in the energy services related sector, is looking for a Relationship Manager.
The ideal candidate is experienced in customer relationship management and will contributing to day-to-day sales activities, with a focus on clients in logistics, transportation and related sectors.
Poste
Responsabilités
- Manage the commercial relation with clients ;
- Be the primary point of contact and develop a relationship based on mutual trust with key clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty ;
- Visit existing and prospective key clients throughout Luxembourg in person to promote the services and products offered ;
- Demonstrate initiative by proactively developing new commercial partnership and proving business solutions to clients experiencing losses ;
- Draft commercial offers and associated contracts ;
- Monitor financial risks by anticipating and preventing them ;
- Be the ambassador of the company within the sales network ;
Profil
- At least 3 years’ experience in a commercial role or a bachelor’s degree ;
- Excellent knowledge of the Luxemburgish market ;
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills ;
- Ability to solve problem and with a solution-oriented mindset ;
- Skills in prioritizing and working independently ;
- Excellent knowledge of German and French ;
- Luxemburgish is a real asset.
