Poste
Within our company, your time will be dedicated on the following HR assignments:
1. Management of Executive Search Assignments for a portfolio of diverse clients (digital & IT, finance, services, para-governmental, industry) which includes the following tasks:
- 
- Management of the whole recruitment steps, from the long-list & search & candidates’ identification (in Luxembourg, European countries and abroad) until the interview, selection and closing of the recruitment process.
- As a primary phase of the interview process, you will operate as an expert in candidates’ identification through proven and efficient search techniques (networking, direct search, referral, internal and external database, events, …).
- You ensure that both counterparts can rely on outstanding recruitment services based on long-term relationships.
 
2. Client portfolio management and client acquisition
3. Participation in other HR related projects (in-house project)
Profil
Professional Experience:
- 5–10+ years in sales, customer relationship management, or HR, with initial experience in recruitment.
Core Competencies:
- Master degree in Economics or in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Relevant industry and labor market knowledge (IT, Industry, Finance) in Luxembourg.
- Job and role expertise to conduct strategic sourcing in the above sectors.
- Legal and labor law knowledge relevant to recruitment.
Recruitment Experience:
- Talent sourcing, pipeline management, candidate assessment, and evaluation.
- At least 5 years’ experience in interim (experienced / manager level) or in executive search.
Soft Skills
- Flexible and adaptable in the sourcing strategy to identify the most talented people in a specific market.
- Skills at partnering with candidates and hiring managers/HR managers to build consistent sourcing strategy and effective relationships during the whole recruitment process or HR project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills.
- Relevant negotiation skills and professional presence.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet client expectations.
- Strong accuracy in managing data and candidates’ information in our database.
Language Skills
- Fluent in the following combination : English & German or English & French, any other European language is an advantage.
