Investment & Portfolio Operations Manager (m/f)

Our client is building a family office backed by a well-established and successful private investor, with a diversified portfolio spanning operating companies, listed markets, private equity and real estate.
The ambition is to progressively structure and rapidly scale the family office towards a more institutional setup, with multi-family office potential.
In this context, we are looking for a hands-on and ambitious Investment & Portfolio Operations Manager who will bring clarity and structure across the portfolio, working closely with decision-makers and playing a key role in shaping the future of the company.
Poste
Working closely with the Head of Investments in Luxembourg, your responsibilities will include:
- Building a consolidated view across all asset classes (operating participations, listed securities, private equity, real estate, funds).
- Defining and structuring the PMS strategy including management of the existing system or leading a potential migration towards a more suitable solution.
- Calculating and analysing the actual performance of operating participations to bring clarity on performance.
- Designing and implementing asset allocation and risk concentration indicators.
- Producing reporting for the management.
- Coordinating financial information flows with the external accountant, custodian banks and CFOs of portfolio companies.
- Managing dialogue with General Partners of private equity and investment funds.
Profil
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in investment operations, private banking, alternative fund administration or a family office environment
- You have a proven exposure to listed assets, private equity, real estate and holding structures
- You are hands-on with a Portfolio Management System (PMS) ideally Masttro or Addepar
- You ideally hold the CFA
- You have a strong understanding of complex financial flows, multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation
- You are able to produce clear, decision-oriented reporting
- You are autonomous, structured and comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment
