Our client is offering a great opportunity for a young graduate in the field of IT and/or Computer Science to join their team as an IT Support. This position may evolve into an IT Engineer role later on.
Our Client is an IT services and consulting company focused on IT Infrastructure, delivering solutions and unparalleled expertise.
Position
- Performing incident resolution and follow-up, problem identification, analysis, and customer support,
- Monitoring, preventing and reporting on our customers’ installations,
- Participating in continuous improvement of the overall production environment and proposing improvements where required,
- Being involved in IT-related projects,
- Delivering IT parts to customers.
Profile
- Degree in computer science,
- Experience with Access management,
- Knowledge of the following systems: VMware vSphere/VSAN/ESX, Windows 10 / Office 365, Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, Linux,
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment,
- IT passionate, motivated, organised and autonomous,
- Fluency in French and English. Any other language would be considered an asset.
